At Cosmic Astromancy™, consultations are scheduled in advance and time is personally reserved for you. We prepare individually for each session. Therefore, the following policy applies to all bookings:

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for consultations are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome, experience, or interpretation of the guidance provided.

Astrology and palmistry involve interpretive insights and are not guaranteed results services.

2. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule:

• You may request rescheduling at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• We will offer the next available slot.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling.

If you do not attend your scheduled session without informing us, the session will be marked as completed and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

3. Delay / Technical Issue Clause

If there is a delay due to technical issues (internet/phone/video call disruption), the session will be rescheduled at a mutually suitable time.

3. Astrologer Unavailability

If Cosmic Astromancy is unable to conduct the session due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment.

4. Nature of Services

Consultations are provided for guidance, awareness, and personal insight based on astrological and palmistry analysis.
We do not provide guaranteed outcomes, predictions of certainty, or medical/legal advice.
